Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lunenburg Knots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.

Local Pickup: We do not offer local pick up.

• Avoid Heat: Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or high heat.

• No Dryer: We recommend air drying only to help maintain the softness, shape, and beautiful chunky texture of your blanket.

• Handle With Care: Chunky knit yarn can catch or snag, so keep away from sharp objects, jewellery, and pet claws.

• Storage: Store folded in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Returns

1. We accept returns on unused and undamaged blankets within 14 days of delivery.

2. Customers are responsible for contacting us before sending an item back.

3. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

5. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.

Refunds

1. Once your returned blanket has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to work with you to make it right.

• Sale, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom Orders

• Please note that Lunenburg Knots does not offer custom or personalized blankets.

Exchanges

• Due to the unique and limited nature of our handmade blankets, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to return an eligible item, you may return it according to the policy above and place a new order for your preferred blanket.
